Pros

Hertz gives me outlets to both problem solve and show my creativity in several outlets. I can honestly say without my experiences, in several Hertz' job roles, I wouldn't have the knowledge of business development and employee management I have today. Competition Competition Competition...I enjoy the challenge of reaching goals and coming up with new ways to accomplish these goals

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about my career with Hertz. I feel confident that if you work hard success with "come your way".

Hertz is currently exploding in the rental car industry. Striving to the best in class, Hertz continues to apply innovative products to better the customer experience. If you are goal oriented, competitive, and striving for career advancement, Hertz is an excellent place to work. As Hertz grows, more career opportunities are provided. If you are self motivated and drive results,, you will be rewarded.

Cons

There are Inconsistencies in bonus plan structure. Once employees are familiar with plan, it changes. Extra steps sometimes necessary to achieve simple tasks
