Pros

Great opportunity for advancement, company car, monthly bonuses, full benefits,fun environment, fun people.

Cons

Starting pay isn't great, but if you do well, you'll move up quick and get raises and bonuses.

Pros

-Promotions performance based. You can become a branch manager in 1 year or less if you work hard enough and put your mind to it. -Excellent upper management. They have all worked from the ground up, so they understand the daily grind of new employees. -Area manager always has your upward mobility in mind. He WANTS you to succeed and get promoted to the next level. -Everyone works together. If you have any questions, or need help, there are 10+ other Branch Managers to call who are always willing to help. -Uncapped bonus structure. Your bonuses depend on how hard you are willing to work and how well you understand the business. -Continual training. Sales training, statement training, general knowledege meetings, etc... All offered on a monthly basis.

Cons

The one con is having to clean cars in the heat/cold. Management does a good job of hiring utility drivers to aid with this.
