I didn't quite understand what my job would really be when I started working for Hertz. I had been out of work for a while and this was a huge opportunity for me to get going again. I started at the entry level and loved it from the start! I was taught how to become a master at everything and within one year I was promoted three times. It was not much longer when I was promoted to an actual Branch Manager. I am now managing three different locations and supervising several employees. Hertz is always trying to better "me" in every way possible. I have learned how to effectively run these branches and develop my staff. Continuous improvement, training, and development for all employees at every level is proof that Hertz is a company that wants nothing but the best. Cutting edge ideas and programs that leave the competition in the dust doesn't hurt either. I have accomplished more than I ever thought possible!!! Onward and Upward...
