Business Outlook

Pros

Decent Pay if you dont want to work fast food. Layed Back Environment. Attendance is on point system so if you are careful you can take off a couple days here and there with no fear of punishment. If you last a year (which is rare lol) you will be getting paid very good for simply cleaning cars.

Cons

Managers seems like they are picked based on race and how much "dirty work they will do" and less on what they know. If they want you gone they WILL find numerous ways to pick on you til you QUIT or get FIRED. Just check the Turnover rate. They will do Things such as: 1.) Schedule you 6 or 7 days Straight for numerous weeks so you wear out and are force to call out. 2.) Cut your Bonus down 50 to 80% whenever they want. 3.) Make you do tons of duties some which are lead/manager duties without being conspensated for the extra tasks.
