Pros

The pay is great, employees are nice. Managers are nice and respectful. All over good place

Cons

Long hours, seniors get first pick at hours, draining schedules, no private life. Poor benefits package in the beginning.

Pros

-good place to get experience, especially if it's your first job after college -ability to drive brand new cars every day -paid sick days, vacation, medical insurance -mostly good people to work with (co-workers) -a lot of training to make sure you're best sales person

Cons

- poor management (a lot of managers don't know stuff, their promotion's only based on sales numbers) -they were firing people with previous sales programm ( but they changed it recently). You need to meet sales standards every month, and if you don't they'll give you write-up, up to 3 and you're fired. For the last 3 month they lost about 10-20 people only in one area. -looong hours (mostly from 7 to 6pm)
