Great employee development as long as your willing to put in the effort. Good bonus incentives. Good experience. For those who understand what hard work gets you, this job is super easy and has tons of opportunity.
Cons
car washing, dealing with customers who expect to be treated like royalty. A lot of people say they shouldn't have to put up with the washing and long hours or short staffed since they have a degree, but lets face the fact that having a degree doesn't reward you with a job that pays you millions yet isn't demanding of your efforts. You have to put in your time. I see a lot of people expecting to be the ceo their first year...
