Development of customer support and management skills A look into a flawed company that most should not stay within

Cons

Pay is equivliant to what a highschool drop out recieves Managers keep back office knowledge and experience seperated High turn over and most are serverally expendable

Too Little Staff with Too Much to Do

Pros

Good people to work with, bonus is good if you get one. Overtime is 1.5, get plenty because not enough staff.

Cons

Hourly pay is laughable, expect you to run a branch on your own at $10/hr. Promise you bonus's but never follow through - then blame you as the reason you didn't get one. Not enough staff, constantly understaffed - expected to run a branch with 1 or 2 people.
