Pros

hours are good, overtime helps

Cons

never enough cars, no help from upper management, poor communication, too high of standards to sell insurance at a high price to people that have insurance, sales policies change, no penetration with insurance companies(enterprise has it locked down)

* Unlimited opportunity for advancement; Hertz is growing at a rapid pace organically and through acquisitions * Rewards and recognition (opportunities to be rewarded financially for your ideas) * The people: I enjoy the people I work with; people are very dedicated * Development - many training opportunities * Fast pace work envrionment (some may consider this a con)
