Pros

Most managers and directors are decent people. Ability to work a hybrid schedule is nice. Luckily I was never laid off. Got out before my number was picked.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Nickel and dime raises, Layoffs are nearly an annual event. People seem to be promoted based their ability to socialize and join extra curricular groups vs job performance. HR team is clearly working to benefit the company and not employees.

- As a manager one of the benefits is that you have a company car.

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - They are not willing to hire the amount of people needed to run the branch operation's efficiently. - No work/life balance
