Pros

-employee and family/friend rental discount -drive new cars -learn about the bodyshop, retail, and insurance rental industry.

Cons

-cleaning cars in a shirt and tie in rain and/or winter weather -Internet is completely whitelisted and cant even google directions or details about a body shop, customer service related feature, or even how to operate a new car technical issue or for example a new fancy pants bluetooth feature. So the company relies on you to use your personal device but also not be allowed to use your personal device in order to operate their business day to day essentials issues. This is a bad look as if you use your phone for gps or finding a bodyshop address it makes it seem employees are playing on their phone to management or customers when we are actually looking up directions or how to adjust a feature on a new or obscure model car. They expect you to figure this out without being given time or the resources to be able to figure it out. This is Very stressful and completely unnecessary.
