Long days. Teachers need to be everything to everybody, everywhere, all the time. It’s just the world we live in.

Superintendent and HCTA do a great job supporting teachers.

Cons

Teaching post-2020 is difficult. Students are very behind academically. Lack of technological implantation strategies and focus. (Did begin a one-to-one device plan over the last year but district is very behind the technology curve)
