      Working at HCSB is AMAZING! As a Hernando County student, I saw first-hand the dedication the teachers in this county had. Our Superintendent is wholeheartedly for teachers and supports us every chance he gets.

      Schools are very crowded. We severely need new schools built, especially with how the community is quickly booming.

      The schedule is flexible if you have kids.

      Cons

      I would like to say that the benefits are great but they aren't. I'm paying $1000/month for a family insurance plan that's got high co-pays. Administrators sometimes support you and the parents are just crazy. You will be blamed for every failure in your class. The paperwork is redundant.
