      Pros

      There are absolutely no pros, the working conditions here are doomed with a cloak of intimidation and dictatorship (superintendent Romano) that apparently is unstoppable. She will personally drive this county into bankruptcy through her many ongoing lawsuits.

      Cons

      She has terminated and or led the assault to drive away some of the best talent and experienced people in the district. She has surrounded herself with weak assistants and marches on to her personal quest to occupy some political seat in Tallahassee. The only seat she deserves the seat on the next bus out of Hernando County.
