      Pros

      District leadership is working hard to move the district in a positive direction. Being in a smaller district, the focus is still somewhat focused on the stakeholders without looking at those stakeholders as just numbers in a system.

      Cons

      A great deal of work exists to get school administrators on a consistent page with each other and the district's mission & vision of the future. Unfortunately some school leaders still run things with an iron fist approach, or worse, a non-committed approach.
