Relatively good benefits. Co-workers are really good people, in general. Nice setting in Rocky Hill. Some departments allow telecommuting once a week as a way to help employees manage high workloads.

Cons

Extremely short term strategies to please the analysts to the clear detriment of long term strategies. Mothership is in Duesseldorf, Germany, meaning top down management, huge bureaucracy. Extremely political at upper management levels. Quality managers don't succeed at upper levels, aggressive individuals and bullies do.

Benefits, pay and bonus were good until new plant and department management took over

Cons

Management plays favorites especially ones that took offices where they were not qualified to hold. My advice to human resources is listen to your good employees instead of being brainwashed by liars who don't know what they are doing.

Pros

Majority of co-workers and NA colleagues are good people and professionals to work with. Good investments in NA, but poor planning and execution of project scope and funding at upper levels.

Cons

Last few years NA upper management totally mismanaged the business causing a lot of corporate managers to quit. No plan to develop talent from within and opportunities are filled with German ex-pats or outside hires.
