      Pros

      Relatively good benefits. Co-workers are really good people, in general. Nice setting in Rocky Hill. Some departments allow telecommuting once a week as a way to help employees manage high workloads.

      Cons

      Extremely short term strategies to please the analysts to the clear detriment of long term strategies. Mothership is in Duesseldorf, Germany, meaning top down management, huge bureaucracy. Extremely political at upper management levels. Quality managers don't succeed at upper levels, aggressive individuals and bullies do.

      Pros

      The job is not too difficult. You mainly work on your own, Pay and benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Only one tech per shift so vacations can be a bit dicey. Support from peers is low and there is a lot of back biting in the lab. Sometimes they seem to be lookng for a scapegoat.
