In case of good manager, you can swallow bitter pills easier. Good people to work with 13th and 14th salary

Cons

No real promotion, just more work and so called "On-Top roles" with combined inflation and promotion increase a.k.a. 2 in 1 Transparency in process of your development/ any controversal decision of your superior or in hiring process is unreal, it does not exist. Communication is a key while you hold the idea in your pocket, but once you speak up... you will see the rodeo from the bull back.
