- There are very interesting projects to work on. - Working with some people in the team is very friendly and helpful. - Different cultures but be careful that you might be ignored in the crowd! -
Cons
You are dealing with a micromanager who: - Monitors your work closely and intrusively. - Asks for more on-site work and disrespects remote workers. - Does not compensate for overtime work and expects you to stay late. - Makes fun of you if you leave the office sooner than him - Slams on the table and tells you what to do. HR: is not helpful and sides with the manager. The office: is not a safe place to work; someone picked my keyboard hand-wrist and never returned it. You will see people write on the channel about their stuff that can't be found, more or less it will make you worry about leaving your laptop on your desk. Rude senior staff: This one is subjective to me maybe. I am not sure who was the person who was coming downstairs to get the work laptop on my last day of work. She felt like I had stolen the laptop and wanted to get it, absolutely rude and disrespectful!
