Good company fallen to hard times

- Good work life balance in tech team. - Good co-worker, supportive and can learn from each other.

Cons

- Mediocre salary compared to other tech company in Berlin, little to no increment even if you have good performance. - Flexible work policy is not that flexible, office feel crammed when we are all in the office.
