- Fast growing company, meaning plenty of opportunity to grow in your career. Lots of promotions happening. - Not boring: nothing is written in stone and there's space to be creative, change things and give ideas - Autonomy to your job as you see fit - International environment and team, egoless people and mutual respect - Experimentation midset in all teams

Cons

- The company is growing fast, but still many things are unclear or processes are not set, so you need to know how to cope with chaos a little bit ;)
