      A lot of work, and enough fun

      * A lot of challenging but cool tasks for many many improvements that can be done within the company that had very fast and non properly controlled development - you feel your value and satisfaction! * Politics of helping each other even if your own tasks are delayed because of that. * Fast feedback from most of the people along the whole organization, easy to reach. * Politics of everybody can speak and everybody will be listened. * Fast onboarding and jumping directly to interesting tasks * Organized qualification trainings * Friendly environment * Big discounts for HF boxes, gyms, free yoga classes, free drinks, snacks and fruits, and other benefits

      Cons

      * In the offices it's sometimes getting loud, many many people work in the same open space * Not enough meeting rooms * At the moment there is a lack in structure of business processes, integration, organizational moments, but it's normal for a company like this considering its very fast development, and a lot of work is being done to solve this problems

We agree that the friendly, flat-hierarchy environment is a big plus and since we’ve recently put more effort into revamping our training offering it’s great to see you’re taking advantage of this! In terms of the meeting room issue, we are currently expanding our office space and working on internal initiatives to ensure existing spaces are being used in an optimal way. In terms of the lack of structure and processes, this is one of many areas we are trying to improve.
