      Pros

      Company culture is pretty light and fun, and they take pretty good care of their employees.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is hard when you work 6 days a week and constantly have your phone blowing up with work messages.

We really try to invest in our team members by giving them the opportunities to learn and grow with HelloFresh and our sales teams are no exception. We try as best we can to ensure all Brand Ambassadors are scheduled 40 hours of work per week and are scheduled only 5 days per week; unfortunately there are times where this is not possible based on the availability and frequency of events.       Pros

      - Really strong emphasis on ownership & becoming subject matter expert within your role with lots of room for career development - Big drive to retain top talent. L&D initiatives really reflecting this - High mgmt great at setting vision & strategy - Nice culture & great mix of people!

      Cons

      Not much to say on the negative side - of course with any fast-paced, lean & high-growth company workload can be demanding but this to be expected and only helps develop your career!

      - HelloFresh really shows investment in their employees, consistently implementing great talent and development courses and materials for staff - Had 2 amazing line managers who exemplified a heavy coaching approach - really helps you grow personally and in your career - A great workplace where an egoless approach is really exercised and welcomed, constructive criticism is appreciated - Awesome benefits 70% off discount boxes!! Huge savings for your groceries for quality food - Free breakfast, and free freshly cooked meals (not guaranteed but happens often enough!!!), yoga classes, great Friday drinks, monthly events and big parties - You will be enjoying one of the coolest office spaces to work in! Really helps jig your creativity - super rustic and cool!! Kudos to all who designed and is keeping this vibe going on - Flexible working - flexible working times for all

      Cons

      Rather more points to consider: - HelloFresh is in a scaling up phase at the moment so there may be a large number of new processes being implemented and in this transitional time you will need the ability to handle and be accountable for many things. It's a great opportunity to test your organizational and time managing skills for people who seek to grow - There is a number of restructuring that occurs as the company is growing so agility is required and may not be for all who are after the same old thing every day - Working from home - a tough one (for both employee and employer) as this almost works against one of HF's DNA/values of working and being in the office to solve problems quicker, however there still needs more openness in this - HelloFresh is a global brand and has many locations around the world, would be good to share these international experiences/opportunities with current employees
