Pros

Nothing good to say about this company

Cons

This a sales job standing long hours at most of the time at malls and gyms. 7 minimum sales requirement before getting paid commission. Pay varies at different offices. This office pays $14 Hours varies week to week from 28hrs to 35hrs.You will never get 40hrs. If the team didn't make enough sales, the team gets less hours for the next 2weeks. there's alot of favortism. If they like you, you will be promoted after 2weeks but if they don't like you, they will find a reason to fire you. If you're looking for a career...look eslewhere. This not a 9-5, you will work until 10pm or 11pm then again at 630am or 830am next day. You will work many double shifts with no break. You will work every weekend. Events are 1 to 3hrs drive to events. So many oil changes and reup of gas throughout week. travel reimbursement $50 weekly. some events you will have to pay for parking. No vacations days..no sick hours, no lunck break just bathroom break. The office is in a rented space, no HR and no available head management..only via phone.

Pros

-Great people -Benefits -Learn basic sales skills and life skills -Generally a great company to work for, they feel like a wholesome organization (besides creating this 'brand ambassador' job) -Pay for some travel to and from events I got to start by saying this job taught me a lot about what I want out of a job. I met some of the greatest people in the world and I wouldn't change a single experience as a BA. This is definitely meant for someone just starting in direct sales (key word SALES), or someone that lives at home and can afford to take a risk for a commissioned job. Plus, management is pretty chill and I hope it can stay that way.

Cons

Here is where it really counts. This company has created this job to basically use and abuse you for contacts and leads. I was forced to talk to family and friends that I hadn't spoke to in years just to keep my job. If you don't make quota, you are toast! You must rely on making sales in the field and honestly that is unreliable because you never know where you will be and what kind of cliental there is. They can claim one event is better than others, but you really have no idea. I was lucky enough to get to the Chicago office before it became too cut throat, but I expect that is the direction it is going. Here is what to expect: every week is different and your job is on the line constantly. Expect travel and out of pocket expenses. Also, good luck if you want a work/life balance, I could not self discipline myself enough for this.
