Opportunities to develop your career, with exposure to multiple areas of the business. Excellent employee benefits with more being added all the time. A culture that really values its employees and their development. High level of responsibility from day 1.

Pros

The environment is collaborative and open, completely ego-less which is extremely refreshing. You work alongside the Senior Management team on a daily basis. There is a strong emphasis on the Work/Life balance in the office with fun social events occurring weekly as well as Mental Health advocates always available for a conversation. Great perks with massive discounts on boxes as well as a gym membership or private health care. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work in a fun, yet challenging and rewarding company!

Cons

It would be great if the social events, as well as learning events, were spread out more throughout the week so everyone could attend. I would love to see more events that involve mixing the teams up so you meet people in different roles!

Red Flags

Pros

Co-workers were fun, kind and supportive. Food is good but not healthy.

Cons

Not a transparent company. Red flags everywhere! I was excited and hopeful then after getting hired I learned I would be working seven days a week and everyone’s pay was reduced across the board. Many of the venues were near my home but they sent me 90 minutes across town to sell at venues where it is virtually impossible to sell. Some starting as early as 5am. I pitched and landed a potentially huge account my first week to help with my sales and the sales for me team and was told I would not be able to work it. What?? The events coordinator is booking events from another state. Very disappointing and they lost a hard working, talented, honest and well connected person. Such a travesty.
