a lot of positivity, your day to day isnt the same, cool events, the discount on the subscription, and a lot of personal development

Cons

really easy to burn out, you will put a lot of mileage on your car, they give gas reimbursement but they do not compensate for the wear and tear on your vehicle, no work life balance-expect 6 day work weeks.

The company has a bright future and due to it's constant growth, tasks are dynamic and the pace is fast. Culture development is a focal point and in my opinion is solid. Colleagues are talented, young and ambitious and it is expected that you will learn and develop. Office is centrally located.

Cons

26 vacation days is on the lower end of the spectrum for Germany
