Initial good working environment turned toxic

Pros

- Diverse people to interact and collaborate with - Nice office spaces - Good work life balances - Using latest technology for the most part until 2024

Cons

- Many initiatives with no time to improve codebase/ or to truly find out where customer issues are before moving to the next initiative, it has all become about generating revuenue rather than improving true experience - There is D&I but its diversity without real inclusion - Many employees pushed out either through no salary increase and/or bad performance reviews.
