There is little room to grow as a manager. They will weed you out if you are not liked. They keep those around who are a threat for fear of DEI. I was moved to a shift that did not exist so they could keep an eye on me. Knowing my religious affiliation, they put me on a special schedule that accommodated Sundays off, despite I never requested the exemption. I worked nights to avoid special treatment. So, they did me a "favor". Which meant I did not work with my team. 25% of the week. Which makes it look like I got special treatment. They then hounded me all the time, despite our improvements. No support from my manager, then I was put on a PIP, and termed. My boss said I'd be happier elsewhere. No, I'd be happier not being unemployed.

Sociable, can make alot of money, national sales manager is amazing.

Cons

Sales is hard work, on your feet all day, have to be “on” all the time feel like you can’t really have off days but that’s just sales.
