      Needs less managers, more engineers

      Pros

      Can work on a wide variety of projects. Contribute to many different aspects of the business. Solid engineers to learn from.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to contribute effectively. Everyone just has meetings to talk about having the next meeting. Things do not get done, and when they are done, its way too late and the features do not capture everything required.
