Can work on a wide variety of projects. Contribute to many different aspects of the business. Solid engineers to learn from.

Cons

Management has no idea how to contribute effectively. Everyone just has meetings to talk about having the next meeting. Things do not get done, and when they are done, its way too late and the features do not capture everything required.

The micromanagement is prevalent in different Alliances Competitive culture with no or low salary increase Colleagues are toxic and angry Managers want us to wait until they leave, which is usually 7PM, sometimes Stealing private food from the shared fridge
