- mealkit benefits - office supplies - product is good

Cons

- Management lacked empowerment and support. They do not care about your growth but only their own optics and career progression. - the yearly promotion period was a joke. Only 1-2 people got promotion due to arbitrary caps, despite the team being underpaid and generating millions of dollars just from the team each year. - Toxic politics. Senior roles patronize quietly and engaged in subtle power plays. If they had to throw you under the bus to make themselves look good, they would. - Low pay and they refused to even admit that.
