As the People team grew, so did the divide and new upper level management was less empathetic. The former team is no longer there and the now former CHRO was nice but his emails were a different tone all together. Rewards leader was cold and unfortunately, employee relations became too conservative. HelloFresh is now a large organization with a heavy growth model, as it is booming, but less human for the employee. Congrats org, you've lost your soul but are profitable.
