- Multicultural. Many different nationalities - Interesting industry

Cons

If you care about quality engineering and have a growth mindset, stay away from this place. You might be disappointed by the lack of interesting projects and opportunities. This work environment can make you trapped at a low altitude and your expertise will be overlooked and wasted. - Lack of career development opportunities - Short-term thinking (quick wins) - Disorganized and unstructured - Project management is a non-existent concept - Quality and best practices are overlooked - Many unprofessional and inexperienced people - Micromanagement - Clueless leadership - Middle managers lack qualifications and adequate soft skills to lead - High turnover rate - People are overworked and undervalued - Toxic environment, blatant favoritism. Bullying is tolerated - Lack of trust and respect towards engineers
