Pros

Literally none. I was lied to and tricked into accepting the job. I was told this was full time (40 hours per email in writing) only to be scheduled 4 days, 6-6.5 hour shifts and told that's good enough. They violate labor laws by not giving us unpaid meal breaks, nor paid breaks, etc. It was most upsetting to me because I work hard and have a family to provide for and these people took advantage of me. I lost out on other opportunities due to their negligence, lies, and deceit was happy I was able to find another job quick to avoid this trap. Oh and they stole my lunch bag.

Cons

Everything. Lied about full time hours and only gave me part time. Lied about so many things it was very traumatic. Refused to give me the employee discount,

Pros

HelloFresh offers a fantastic work environment, where the company culture is friendly and supportive. As an entry-level buyer, I appreciate the hybrid work model that gives me the flexibility to balance time at home and in the office. The catered lunches are a great perk, providing both convenience and an opportunity to bond with colleagues. There’s also a strong focus on career growth, with clear pathways for advancement and the chance to take on new responsibilities. Overall, it’s a great company to work for, and I feel motivated and valued in my role.

Cons

One downside is the limited cross-team collaboration. At times, it feels like teams operate in silos, which can hinder the flow of ideas and knowledge-sharing. Additionally, the office atmosphere can be quite quiet, which may make it harder to engage in spontaneous conversations or feel the energy of a more dynamic workspace. Lastly, when the office is busy, it can be difficult to find a quiet room for calls, which can be frustrating during important meetings or discussions. These logistical challenges could use some attention to improve the overall experience.

Too bad culture

Pros

Good enough product culture if you are an aspiring PM. Not interesting for leads and above. Management in some aliances is pretty immature which affects results and your personal development

Cons

not recommend due to immaturity of senior management
