Team is nice, some alliances are better than others. Good salary for Berlin. Nice office.

Cons

C levels say some unhinged things that make people demotivated. DE&I is being killed. Salaries vary drastically with no explanation. Reorgs and team changes without warning are very common.

Stable business, scale-up with not so many processes established, a lot of travelling available

Cons

Currently at plateau so hard to grow/change position within the company and also raises are a problem this year, only 1-2% from your current salary
