      Nice coworkers, hybrid schedule, good structure, great discounts and sabbatical program, good direct management

      Cons

      Structural changes every few months, very strict hybrid policy, more red tape, hard to get promoted. It’s possible but takes a long time. Good direct managers but upper management annoys everyone
