Horrible Work-Life Balance-Expect long hours, constant stress, and last-minute schedule changes. Whether you're in the warehouse, customer service, or marketing, you’ll be overworked and underpaid. Shifts can be brutal, and overtime is often mandatory with no appreciation.

Cons

Toxic Management- Supervisors and managers have no idea what they’re doing and treat employees like they’re disposable. They push unrealistic goals, ignore feedback, and show zero respect for their workers. Promotions? Forget about it—favoritism and office politics run the show
