Cons

Not enough training. Management is lackluster and not very knowledgeable. This office is the epitome of petty. They don't want you talking to people in other rows, but management is loud and obnoxious most of the day. Pay is crappy and non negotiable. One week of training just isn't enough and I really hope someone changes this for future employees. They seriously need a handbook. Making up rules as you go isn't professional. I believe a handbook is necessary to back up their decisions with hiring and firing. They should really be concerned with the turnover rate. While some are indeed getting fired, a very large group of people are leaving WITHOUT notice. That should be a strong concern for management.

HelloFresh is one of the few start-ups which is on it's way to become a real global player, active in over five countries and serving many many costumers. The focus is now on making the setup and the processes more professional. So it is about transforming a start-up into a large company with many opportunities to shape it

Cons

lot's of work and hard to keep an overview on everything that is happening....
