Every day, you get to work (Wonderful) individuals from all over the world. People that are passionate, driven and smart. It's a pleasure to come to work each day to face challenges with them. Strong desire to get things done. If something has a good reason and a strong priority it will get gone. There are open communication lines up and down the organisation (helps that the org is reasonably flat) Fast paced environment. Things change fast. If you're looking for a constant challenge, HelloFresh will give you that by the box loads (pun intended. There isa continuous learning environment and this is true at all levels of the organisation.
Cons
Occasional unclear ownerships between central and local markets. They're often resolved quickly and with a positive outcome but it's a tough balance between local market flexibility and shared knowledge from the Global team. Perhaps a few too many dotted lines?
