The company could develop to be more sucessfull. You can hang around and have a good time. The higher you are, the less responsibilites you have. Being in the data section gives you a lot of room for interpretation. Basically say yes and you`re done. You have a good outlook on rising wages, they`re selling a little less once hooked. I had a really great time there, though careerwise its time for the next step.

Cons

Everything is just guerilla Marketing, where said and done doesn`t match. Collegues might sell your idea for their own. They require you to have proven records with a high social status, which means they aren`t very skilled at judging. Modern work means chaotic, Mixed culture means nobody understands each other.
