I’ve had a great experience with HelloFresh. The company has a welcoming culture, and everyone I’ve worked with has been super friendly and approachable. I also really appreciate the work-life balance HelloFresh promotes, making it a positive and supportive environment to work in. Overall, it’s a place filled with good people and a strong sense of teamwork.

Cons

While the overall environment is positive, clearer direction from leadership and a stronger long-term vision would be beneficial for aligning teams and driving future growth.

Pros

There are some fantastic people working there and it is a good place to meet friends.

Cons

The company is almost entirely ran by males, which is truly reflected in the day to day operations. I chose to leave due to a particularly toxic manager, whose behavior led to significant health issues for me. Despite this, the company failed to take any action and even demanded repayment of the relocation fee. Not all teams are as toxic.
