Nothing They lie about how many days they'll try to make you work over 12 hrs in a freezer Constantly changing rules for idiots who can't work ethically and morally rather than firing them and treating every one else with respect Required you to come in 30 minutes early stay thirty minutes late Plus your drive time that's 14 hr days Lowered pay rate due to people stealing time off the clock Incompetent managers made us use molded rotten food stressing quality to pass it Many people did not follow food safety and cleanliness rules Paid white addict males more than any one

Cons

The cold, managers make up their own rules, HR is a joke and they terminate good employees. Managers run good employees into the ground until they are burned out and reward the lazy ones.
