      Pros

      I come to work everyday excited to see my friends who are brilliant, hard-working, and funny. I am both impressed by my co-workers' accomplishments and floored by their humour, daily. This is an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      Expectations are high--but so are achievements. It'd be silly to expect otherwise.

      Vibrant and creative with flashes of brilliancy

      Pros

      Actions speak louder than words,and Health IQ is a place of doing. As a designer/art director at the company for 10 months, I have seen the staff more than double, revenue increase by a large factor, and our creative output surge in a way that only the nimblest of startups are capable of. My team trusts me and gives me a lot of creative freedom to take risks and explore new ideas, which in turn drives me to succeed even harder. It can be intense at times, but I love the challenge and the group of people I work with. Health IQ is a vibrant workplace, and while it stumbles on its exponential growth at times, remains the best place I have worked in years.

      Cons

      The fast growth has been a challenge - I've moved desks 3 times in less than a year, but I suspect this will taper off in the next few months.

      - opportunity to learn and grow in areas you're interested in - active and health conscious office (gym in the middle of work area!) - transparency and clarity around organization mission and progress - celebratory culture focused on driving results - amazing, intelligent staff with character, intensity and humor - experience rapid growth with the company and within yourself

      Cons

      - longer hours, you're never truly on vacation - one location, which makes for tough commutes if you don't live close by
