Everything. Everyone’s overworked. Missing pay since November 2021. Literally did not receive a whole 2 weeks pay, one of CEOs Vishal as well as HR have not paid me and literally won’t respond to messages. It’s April 2022. I am not the only one that has had missing pay. Company will cut costs by any means necessary. Also laid off P&C and life insurance dept with no advance notice.

good experience, work from home, virtual company.

Cons

You never know what to expect each day in a start up that tells you they are going public and then all of a sudden they cut half of their staff and full departments and try to force you to go to a different department. Disaster of a company, stay away.
