Pros

Compensation and commission are both great

Cons

The leads are horrible and the agents are held accountable for the low conversion rates. Leadership is absent at best. Low accountability culture, lots of not my job

We appreciate your review. Our leads are purposefully and intentionally lower quality because we believe this represents the most under represented market in Medicare. Our goal is to provide our clients with the right information to make an informed decision based on their individual health needs. "Horrible leads" is part of our strategy and we are transparent about this being core to who we are in the hiring process, the onboarding process, training and nesting.

Pros

Overtime pay is good Health insurance is good You'll get a health insurance license

Cons

Awful management, focused entirely on numbers without any compassion, care, or human decency for the people who work for them. Expect to be mistreated, miscommunicated to, yelled at (yes, YELLED, accepting this job means you WILL be treated like a child by your direct manager as well as HIGHER UPS. This includes being yelled at in Slack and Zoom calls. Good luck talking to HR about it!) Terrible communication in terms of company policies regarding attendance, adherence, time states, terrible schedule as regarding training, meetings being created and then canceled and then people asking why you didn't attend... High pressure. You get yelled at as often as your manager gets yelled at. So, very very very often. The business never slows even in downtime and the off season and they will constantly find a way to try your patience in the 8 hours they have you work each day. Bad leads. You're basically going to be cold calling old people who've just been woken up by a foreign person they couldn't understand. Sound fun? Good news: It's also predatory! Faceless, nameless, shifty culture. You have no idea who's really in charge aside and they apparently would prefer to argue on Glassdoor with the bad reviewers than improve.
