Pros

The company culture is extremely motivating. Workouts, massages, healthy snacks and free lunches are an added bonus! It is a work hard play hard kind of company. Have made some long-lasting friendships here and that is something you don't get at most companies.

Cons

Long hours, but it is worth it. Other than that, everything is going well!

Pros

The culture and work environment are the most positive and results driven I have ever been a part of. This company is all about "We" not about "I". The CEO and executive team are hands down as top notch as you can get. Daily office "stand up" celebrates everyone's accomplishments and highlights management direction. Daily company work outs help people connect and build trust. Health IQ is breaking all the barriers of the life insurance industry using technology, science, and data.

Cons

There used to be a lot of travel involved for training at headquarters. Now that the new San Diego office has opened up that is no longer an issue. This company moves at the speed of ingenuity so keeping the insurance carriers on pace with our growth can be somewhat challenging.

Pros

It one thing to celebrate our Health Conscious customers, Health IQ also does this with its employees on a daily basis. Here's how: We have a leadership team who are no strangers to start-ups, having successfully led and created multiple companies here in the silicon valley. We have a CEO who loves to win and pays it forward by conducting weekly entrepreneurship classes to all employees. In addition: Competitive pay with benefits Company paid daily healthy lunches Company wide fitness break mid-day (yoga, weight training, spin classes, mobility, group running etc.) We do mid day company stand up meetings where we celebrate victories (wins) from each person for the day. Very competitive atmosphere. We all have some type of health conscious/ athletic background who have a history of winning.

Cons

This is a start up, so the hours are long. If you are looking for a 9 to 5, this is probably not the place for you. We work hard and are growing at a rapid pace. If you don't adapt well to change and have low endurance, pass on this career move.
