Pros

The people here make it worthwhile coming to work every day. The execs have had success in the past taking previous companies to an exit so they're experienced in the startup realm and all things Silicon Valley.

Cons

There's a daily focus on ensuring sales agents (and other operational departments) are doing their job. Grown adults don't need to be babysat. Give them monthly quotas and watch them either surpass them or fall short. Make macro adjustments. Don't harp on employees every day to "take more calls." It's not a 90s call center.

While we strive to be an innovative, "first to market" organization, we have chosen a very conservative approach when estimating our return to the office during the pandemic. It's best for all of our employees to learn from companies returning so we can create a best-practice for the new normal.

crazy hours, commission bonus is always changing and manipulated, stock incentives seem like a joke to get commitment.
