I am a current employee going on two years. In the last roughly two years I've noticed some things. Firstly, since I started there have been five different VPs of sales. That's roughly a new VP of sales every 3-4 months, for almost a year and a half. Since I started, all of my previous managers have quit and waves of sales agents have as well. Usually, I hear because they are just so fed up they can't take it anymore. There are also systematic changes frequently, with many managers even struggling to keep up. The communication is pretty awful. Managers prefer to simply message you on Slack instead of doing a video chat 9 times out of 10. I've had roughly 6 managers since I started, all very different in management style. I and others have seen them all display similar unhealthy management tactics such as random segments of intense micro-management, losing their cool/failing to remain calm and professional numerous times, and threats of write-ups as motivation. So naturally, I've come to conclude the problems ought to be attributed to poor upper management. This has all been incredibly exhausting. Many new hires have been told one thing and given another such as being told they'd only do inbound calling and being forced to do outbound/cold calling instead. The lead quality also constantly fluctuates yet expected efficiency with leads does not unless it's AEP. This is my third company doing Medicare sales and I do not recommend this company. If there are no other options for you or you need income while you look elsewhere and wanna stay in the medicare industry this company could work for you. However, if you're looking for consistency especially if you have a family to help support I strongly caution you away from this company. If they respond to this review please discard their response as I am not able to respond.
