Cons
Low pay, low commission, split OT hours so they get out of paying what they owe you, you have no way to track your sales in a reliable way to know how much you will make based on policies actually issued, management does not respond, they silence you by firing you if you say even a single thing they don’t like wether that is just a positive suggestion or airing your frustration, owner does not give a single f*** about his employees and they go through managers and sales directors like nobodies business, they change their policies every 5 minutes, no AEP incentives that are worth anything, horrible equipment and the IT department is a joke. This is the worst company ever. Stay far away!!!!!!!!!
