Pros
Everything in the Interview process seemed like a great Pro until about 5 weeks into training then everything vaporizes and you find out the hiring managers and recruiters are full of lies.
Cons
They broke their contract that everyone had to sign and then they came out with a second contract everyone had to sign. They broke that contract the day we signed it and gave up on coming up with more contracts. They fired all the good upper mgmt. and hired the executives that ran another medicare company into the ground. Very un-sound business practices. They never bothered to have the vendor fix the VOIP phone system they use so hundreds of people were consistently off the phone. Kind of hard to make sales when you can't talk to anyone. They fired 800+ people via zoom chat (including some really good managers) on December 9th 2022. Many of the leads that came in were from fraudulent ads on you-tube, Facebook and television. To be more blunt the ads were blatant lies and they should be ashamed of their marketing tactics and taking advantage of seniors in such a despicable way. They now have multiple class action lawsuits against them.
