      We actually hired more agents because we had so many calls/leads during AEP so I'm not sure why you didn't have any work. Please let your manager know if that happens again.

      Pros

      You can get paid for doing nothing but sitting around waiting for your appointments for months. Some people did get appointed, what makes you appointed or not? I have no idea but I never got it and did all that was required of me on my end.

      Cons

      Was with the company for 4 months and still had only 1 appointment available. I had no holds and all releases.
